Service Technician (SAT)

Description

**What will be your role?** You will be responsible for commissioning, verification, and assistance of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal operation of installations and compliance with technical and safety specifications. Tasks and responsibilities * Performing interventions on air conditioning/refrigeration units, including commissioning, repairs, and verification according to established protocols and procedures. * Ensuring customer support by issuing Service Orders, providing diagnostics, and repairing various products within the warranty period. * Carrying out work in accordance with current regulations and operational protocols implemented by Grupo Keyter for Service Technicians. * Proper use of tools and software required to support air conditioning/refrigeration units. * Coordination with the regional manager to ensure correct execution of tasks. * Completion of activity reports, work logs, unit verification reports, and other documents required during interventions. * Ordering necessary spare parts for interventions, identifying them, and managing returns. Education and experience * Medium or higher vocational training, preferably in: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations. * Valid and up-to-date certifications required for the role: Refrigerant Handling Certificate, RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en Edificios). * Prior experience in similar positions. * Analytical ability to identify incidents, gather information, draw conclusions, and execute appropriate actions. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, technical documentation, technical instructions, and control software. * Commitment to maintaining the company’s image and capacity to communicate effectively and clearly across diverse contexts and situations. * Willingness to travel throughout the assigned operational area. * Commitment to continuous learning and training, assimilation of new knowledge and skills. * Valid driver’s license.
