Supervision of regulatory compliance and proper use of facilities **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Technical Assistant – Access Control for the Sports Complex in Ceuta. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ceuta **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Access control, capacity management, and usage monitoring of sports facilities operated by the Ceuta Institute of Sports. * Allocation of users across facilities according to course requirements and established health protocols. * Opening and closing of doors; switching lights on and off. * Opening and closing of facilities. * Custody of keys for storage rooms, locker rooms, adjacent rooms, etc. * Preparation of incident reports. * Operation of the facility’s access control system according to the established schedule. * Ensuring proper use of sports facilities. * Ensuring users comply with usage regulations. * General public service. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * The minimum required education shall be equivalent to first-level vocational training, completion of compulsory secondary education (Graduado Escolar), or a qualification specifically relevant to the assigned tasks; however, if such formal qualifications are not held, they may be substituted by documented work experience in a position with similar responsibilities. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 3 years’ experience in access control and/or security duties (to be indicated in CV). * 1 month to 3 years’ experience in public service (to be indicated in CV). * 1 month to 2 years’ experience in telephone support and office administration. **Remarks** ----------------- * + A temporary replacement contract is offered, estimated duration of 4 months, subject to the triggering event. + Weekly working hours: Monday to Sunday, 22 hours per week. + Rotating shift schedule.
