Our client, a leading multinational professional services and technology company, is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their delivery team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design of complex solutions on ServiceNow, serving as the highest technical authority on projects—from pre-sales through implementation and delivery. This role combines deep platform technical expertise with leadership capabilities, strategic consulting, and business vision. What challenges await you? * Act as the highest technical authority on ServiceNow projects, leading the architectural design of complex and scalable solutions. * Design elegant and simple solutions that resolve complex business problems, improving stakeholder experience. * Lead and mentor development teams (junior, mid, and senior), ensuring technical quality and adherence to best practices. * Collaborate with a team of functional experts and architects to define the technical direction of solutions. * Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation. * Interact with and consult executive-level clients, clearly and persuasively presenting architectural solutions. * Review project documentation to ensure technical quality and consistency. * Create reusable technical artifacts to serve as deliverables for delivery teams. * Establish and enforce design and architecture standards, maintaining best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Contribute to marketing and thought leadership activities, including webinars, social media posts, blogs, and white papers. * Bring innovative ideas and strategic vision to existing clients. What makes you the ideal candidate for this mission? Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related field. Master’s degrees in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Project Management are highly valued. Technical Skills and Certifications (Mandatory): * Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform. * Active and valid CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. * Three or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc. * Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows. * Ability to design process flows and architectural solutions integrating multiple applications. * In-depth understanding of industry best practices and business processes. * Experience in technical leadership and mentoring development teams. * Ability to write technical user stories and translate requirements into architectural designs. * Experience in pre-sales activities (scoping, estimation, SOW). * Advanced English (C1) (mandatory) for communication with international teams and global clients. * IMPORTANT NOTE: A valid work visa permitting residence and employment in Spain is an absolute requirement. Desired Experience (Plus): * CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification. * CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certification. * Experience speaking at industry events or contributing to thought leadership content. * Experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale solution design. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to facilitate team ceremonies and dynamics.
