We are seeking a Radar Algorithms Engineer to design, model, and validate radar algorithms for high-technology international defense projects.

️ Do you have experience in **radar signal processing and algorithm design**, and are you interested in working on advanced **airborne radar systems**?
We are looking for a **Radar Algorithms Engineer** to participate in the development of **signal and data processing algorithms**, within high-technology international defense projects.
The selected candidate will work on the **design, modeling, and validation of radar algorithms**, collaborating in the development of complex **detection, tracking, and data processing systems**.
What will you do?
* Design **signal and data processing algorithms for airborne radar systems**.
* Develop models and simulations in **MATLAB**.
* Work on **radar detection, tracking, and data processing algorithms**.
* Participate in the **definition and analysis of radar architectures**.
* Collaborate on **radar system performance prediction**.
* Interact with **RF, digital, and systems teams**.
* Participate in **international projects** with European partners.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related fields**.
* **+5 years of experience** in **radar systems or signal processing**.
* Experience in **radar signal processing algorithms**.
* Experience in **modeling and simulation using MATLAB**.
* Knowledge of **radar tracking and data processing**.
* Knowledge of the **complete radar chain** (RF + digital + processing).
* High level of **English (C1 or higher)**.
* Desirable
* PhD in **Radar, Signal Processing, or related fields**.
* Experience in **airborne radars**.
* Knowledge of **AESA antennas**.
* Experience in **radar performance prediction**.
* Participation in **international projects**.

* Eligibility to obtain **security clearance (NATO Secret / National Reserved)**.
