We are seeking a **CSP Plant Operations Engineer**. **Responsibilities:** * Generation Management: Supervise real-time operation from the control system, ensuring smooth transitions between operating modes. * Solar Field Optimization: Coordinate solar tracking and mirror cleaning to maximize direct normal irradiance (DNI) capture. * Power Block Monitoring (steam turbine, condensers, and water-steam cycle) to ensure maximum thermal efficiency. * Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare daily production reports, KPI analysis (optical efficiency, thermal cycles, etc.), and deviation diagnostics. * Ensure operations comply with safety and environmental standards. * Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to plan technical shutdowns and manage urgent corrective actions without compromising grid safety. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering. * 3 years of experience in CSP power generation plants. * Knowledge of: DCS/SCADA control systems, advanced thermodynamics and heat transfer, handling of high-temperature fluids and high-pressure systems. * Competencies: + Decision-making under pressure + Safety focus: "zero accidents" + Problem-solving + Task organization and planning + Teamwork in multidisciplinary environments + Continuous improvement orientation and optimization of technical solutions. **Languages:** * English at B2 level. * Knowledge of additional languages will be valued. **Location:** * Madrid **Offered:** * Joining a growing company within the energy sector. * Participation in innovative renewable energy and storage projects. * Professional development in a specialized technical environment. * Indefinite-term contract. * Competitive salary according to experience.
