We are seeking a highly resourceful professional with a "make things happen" mindset to provide comprehensive support to a serial entrepreneur with an outstanding track record. He co-founded a company valued at €350 million and currently leads a growth-stage AI-native startup. This is not a traditional content creation position. It is a strategic execution role, ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the startup ecosystem, artificial intelligence, and the world of venture investments. This is a full\-time, 100% remote, and exclusive commitment position. Key Responsibilities* Resource research and knowledge library creation: Research, collect, organize, and structure high-value materials such as original pitch decks, investor databases, term sheets, LOIs (Letters of Intent), and due diligence process checklists. * Market monitoring: Track key sources to produce structured summaries on developments and trends in artificial intelligence, startups, venture capital (VC), and fintech. * Document anonymization: Edit and prepare real business documents by removing confidential information so they can be used as reference materials. * Executive support: Manage professional email correspondence and coordinate the founder’s schedule, maintaining a proactive attitude and anticipating needs. * Administrative support: Assist with operational tasks related to the founder’s investment vehicle and non-profit foundation, including vendor management and invoice processing. * Community and content management: Administer WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and collaborate on writing LinkedIn posts and newsletters based on real data and personal experiences. * AI integration: Actively use AI tools with automation capabilities (Agentic AI), research assistants, and other AI solutions to optimize daily workflows. Profile* Bilingual (Spanish and English): Fluent and demonstrable proficiency in both languages. * Independent and resourceful: Ability to locate required information and resources without detailed instructions, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments. * Startup/VC ecosystem knowledge: Familiarity with concepts such as MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), term sheets, and Series A funding rounds—or strong motivation to learn them quickly. * High professional ethics: Maximum discretion, confidentiality, and reliability when handling sensitive information.
