The main responsibility is to ensure an efficient supply flow, maintaining smooth communication with suppliers to guarantee that orders arrive on time and meet required quality standards. This includes everything from purchase order issuance to receipt, controlling all documentation and traceability of each transaction. It is essential to analyze supplier performance, review market prices to adjust costs, and keep inventories up to date. Coordination with logistics and other internal departments is required to anticipate material needs, prevent stockouts, and optimize transportation routes. The position requires organization, data handling accuracy, and the ability to resolve incidents promptly. Additionally, the role involves maintaining updated databases and preparing reports on procurement status, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations. Professional education in Administration, Logistics, or International Trade. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply departments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Demonstrable experience with ERP systems. Ability to manage documentation and perform basic data analysis.
