DESCRIPTION **Occupational Health and Safety Technician (Mobility)** ========================================================== ### **Job Description** Eosol Group, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is looking to hire an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician**, specialized in wind and solar energy. This position is critical to ensuring that all our operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe working environment for all our employees. ### **Responsibilities** * **Supervision and monitoring of OHS regulatory compliance:** You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities and operations comply with current occupational health and safety legislation. * **Preparation and review of preventive documentation:** You will design and update the necessary documentation for occupational risk prevention, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulations. * **On-site safety inspections:** You will conduct visits to various operational sites to carry out safety inspections, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. * **Incident and accident management:** You will manage workplace incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions and preparing detailed reports for analysis. * **Multidisciplinary collaboration with other departments:** You will work closely with other teams to promote safety across all company areas, fostering a culture of prevention among staff. * **Recurring site visits to projects** to supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and verify proper on-site personnel management. ### **Requirements** * **Education with certification in OHS or equivalent:** Appropriate training in occupational health and safety, with recognized certification, is required. * **Minimum three years’ experience performing similar duties:** We seek candidates with proven experience in the wind and/or solar sector who have performed OHS functions in similar environments. * **Management capability in O\&M within solar and/or wind energy:** Strong operational and maintenance (O\&M) management skills in the renewable energy sector—particularly in solar and wind installations—are essential. * **Geographic mobility** for occasional travel if required. * **GWO certification.** ### **What We Offer** At Eosol Group, we value the talent and commitment of our employees.
