To do so, you will be supported by a technical logistics team and will collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, and Administration departments. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Define and implement** the company’s logistics strategy, adapting it to business growth and international expansion. * Design **procedures**, control systems, and departmental indicators (KPIs). * Manage and **optimize** the annual transportation budget, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency. * **Lead negotiations** with freight forwarders, logistics operators, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers. * Supervise order planning, raw materials, and international shipments. * Ensure compliance with customs, health, agri-food, and international transportation regulations. * Coordinate inventory, owned warehouse, and third-party depot management, guaranteeing traceability and data reliability. * **Drive digitalization and continuous improvement projects** for logistics processes. * Lead and develop the department’s technical team. **What will make you successful in this position?** We are seeking a candidate with a **university degree** in Business Administration and Management (ADE), International Trade, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, or similar fields, and certified training in customs management and TARIC classification. A **high level of English proficiency** (minimum B2-C1) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical, commercial, and international negotiation contexts. We need someone with **proven experience in international logistics**, transportation, customs, and foreign trade, who has managed suppliers and logistics operators, participated in negotiations, and led technical teams.
