Responsibilities SEGULA Technologies Group, an international leader in high-value-added engineering and consulting, is seeking a Technology Manager to provide support across various projects for one of our wind energy sector clients located in Pamplona. **Mission:** Ensure that new wind turbine developments comply with operational installation and commissioning requirements, and manage project commissioning. **Key responsibilities include:** * Collaborate with and represent the Installation and Commissioning department during new product development, ensuring close coordination with regional teams. * Gather all operational requirements. * Monitor compliance with these requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Attend system engineering team meetings (component development teams). * Track key requirements across various forums. * Manage coordination of prototypes, indoor testing, and on-site mock-up testing. * Apply all lessons learned from prototypes and supervise implementation of solutions. Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams involved in new designs/processes. * 3\-5 years of experience as site manager or in a similar role will be considered an advantage. * Ability to work effectively within an international, responsible, and structured team. * Proficiency in Teamcenter, AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization, MS Project, and SAP. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. Portuguese and/or German language skills are desirable. * Willingness to travel. * Prior experience in the wind energy sector is advantageous.
