In cases involving medically significant incidents, immediately inform the center’s medical service orally and record the incident in the aforementioned physical logbook. * Preparing residents for center outings: assisting with dressing, preparing diapers, extra undergarments, wheelchairs (if needed), etc., upon receiving prior notice of the outing from families/guardians or technical staff. * Assisting highly dependent users in traveling to therapy sessions or scheduled activities, and responding to residents’ needs to ensure their comfort and well-being.
