Description
The role focuses on controlling vehicle weighing at facility entrances and exits, with the primary objective of determining the net load of incoming and outgoing transport vehicles. This function is essential for ensuring accuracy in logistics records and traceability of goods. The professional will be responsible for managing data generated from each transportation operation, processing it in the relevant systems, and issuing official weighbridge certificates required for documentation of each shipment. In addition, they will perform meticulous verification and validation of all associated logistics documentation—including delivery notes and waybills—to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance. Another key responsibility is direct interaction with transport drivers, providing clear instructions regarding entry protocols and assignment of loading/unloading docks, thereby contributing to operational fluidity. This position requires constant and direct coordination with other critical company departments—such as procurement, production, and dispatch—to ensure information synchronization and supply chain efficiency. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and data accuracy are indispensable, as any discrepancy may impact subsequent processes. The ultimate goal is to maintain an orderly, secure, and fully documented logistics flow, supporting the organization’s daily operations. The role is on-site and demands strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
The offered contract is temporary and is established directly with the client company. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break. The position is 100% on-site and located in Alcalá de Guadaíra, within the province of Seville. Conditions include a structured work environment in the logistics sector.
A Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle is required; specialization in Logistics is especially valued. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. At least six months of prior experience in weighing operations or weighbridge handling will be considered favorably. The candidate must demonstrate a clear orientation toward detail, coordination ability, and strong customer service skills—specifically directed toward transport drivers.
