We value intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and continuous improvement—but above all, a culture of freedom and responsibility. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking to hire a Labor Advisor for our Labor Department. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Client payroll cycle: Managing a dedicated portfolio of labor clients through the entire payroll cycle, supported by team members who handle routine mechanical tasks. * Client setup: Activating the service in our system, opening activation tickets, assigning the applicable collective agreement based on CNAE code, and reviewing DUE/CD documents. * Condition validation: Analyzing collective agreements, configuring economic conditions, and setting up the agreement within SAGE. * Condition audit: Reviewing collective agreements, professional categories, working hours, and monitoring probationary periods. * Advanced contracting: Drafting and issuing complex employment contracts, and resolving incidents via the Social Security’s CASIA system. * Modifications and extensions: Managing contract extensions, contractual annexes, and complex modifications in SAGE and with Social Security. * Terminations and calculations: Handling terminations due to contract expiry or voluntary resignation, calculating final settlements (finiquitos) and complex severance payments, and preparing termination payrolls including final settlements. * Special Regimes: Managing payrolls for the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA). * Variable compensation: Calculating and managing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual bonuses for client staff. * Contribution closure: Confirming Social Security data on the 10th of each month and closing the L03 process. * Special settlements: Managing special CCC accounts (RLC), calculating accrued vacation days, and handling collective agreement arrears. * Health-related incident management: Resolving incidents involving mutual insurance sick leaves and temporary disabilities (IT). * Customer support: Receiving, managing, and resolving daily operational queries from your portfolio via the Task Manager. **What qualifications do we value?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Labor Sciences, or a related field. * Experience: 3–5 years of autonomous client portfolio management in consulting firms or professional practices, with full mastery of the complete payroll cycle. * Knowledge: Solid foundation in interpreting collective agreements, Social Security regulations, and Personal Income Tax (IRPF); advanced knowledge of the CASIA platform. * Software: Proven experience using SAGE (preferably SAGE 200 / Professional Practices) and ticketing or CRM tools (e.g., Bitrix24). * Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and resilience during payroll closing periods. **What do we offer?** * An indefinite full-time contract in a dynamic, digitalized work environment with an excellent team atmosphere. * Flexibility and work–life balance. * Operational support: A dedicated technical support team handles administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on advisory work. * Flexible compensation benefits via Payflow and optional Private Health Insurance.
