Key responsibilities include efficiently organizing various kitchen areas and preparing a variety of dishes, demonstrating mastery of fundamental culinary techniques. Proper food handling is essential, complying with HACCP regulations and consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order across all work areas. Prior and verifiable experience in similar roles is highly valued. A stable, indefinite employment contract is offered, with full-time hours scheduled in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, respecting rest periods stipulated by the collective bargaining agreement. The gross monthly salary is €1,300.
