This is your place.** We are hiring a **New Build Commercial Agent** to manage residential developments in Seville. We’re looking for an initiative-driven, commercially oriented and detail-focused professional eager to grow with us in a demanding and professional environment. **What would you do on a day-to-day basis?** -------------------------------- Reporting directly to the **Regional Director**, your mission will be to lead the **commercialisation of new-build developments**, managing both commercial and administrative processes, and ensuring excellence in service delivery to our clients and developers. ️ **Commercial Management** * Present and defend the product with in-depth knowledge of floor plans, specifications, pricing and payment terms. * Accompany clients from first contact through to key handover. * Identify needs, advise transparently and offer tailored solutions. * Conduct sales visits, follow-ups and sales presentations. * Carry out competitive analyses and propose improvements to commercial strategy. * Organise pre-handovers and coordinate the deed-signing process. **Administrative Management** * Manage the developer’s CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.). * Keep commercial materials updated (floor plans, pricing, property fact sheets). * Prepare follow-up reports and internal reporting. * Draft contracts, reservation agreements and legal documentation. * Verify clients’ financial documentation (income statements, payslips, etc.) and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------------ We seek a **proactive, organised professional with a clear customer- and results-orientation**, who understands that selling new-build properties is not merely about marketing homes, but about guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
