From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete precast solutions. We are seeking a **Production Site Manager** to coordinate and supervise on-site assembly project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and optimal resource utilization. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Technical Engineering, Superior Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree, or Licentiate Degree. Specializations: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering/Public Works, Civil Engineering (Roads), or Industrial Engineering. * Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to resolve issues and make decisions; proactivity and autonomy; leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Advanced level of Spanish. \#LI\-SM1
