**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Molins Precast Solutions** is Molins’ business unit specializing in concrete precast solutions. From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete precast solutions.
We are seeking a **Production Site Manager** to coordinate and supervise on-site assembly project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and optimal resource utilization. On-site presence is approximately 70%, with the remaining 30% dedicated to planning, coordination, and follow-up tasks; therefore, frequent travel must be feasible.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Planning and coordinating on-site assembly work execution.
* Organizing material deliveries and coordinating scheduling with logistics.
* Monitoring project progress, controlling productivity, deadlines, and quality.
* Coordinating assembly teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Managing incidents, project completion, and after-sales activities.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Engineering, Superior Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree, or Licentiate Degree. Specializations: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering/Public Works, Civil Engineering (Roads), or Industrial Engineering.
* Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to resolve issues and make decisions; proactivity and autonomy; leadership and team coordination capabilities.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
