Description

This position is based in a warehouse operational environment, where primary responsibilities revolve around the manual handling of goods. Tasks include receiving products, verifying them against delivery notes, and organizing them for subsequent storage or dispatch. The role requires continuous physical activity, including lifting, transporting, and placing boxes and pallets, while ensuring products are handled with care at all times to prevent damage. Maintaining an orderly and safe working environment is essential, adhering to established occupational health and safety protocols. Collaboration with other team members is crucial to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals within the logistics chain. The role demands adaptability to work across different warehouse zones according to daily operational needs, potentially alternating between receiving, picking, and order preparation areas. Accuracy in stock counting and correct product labeling are key to ensuring inventory traceability. Work pace may vary depending on seasonality and cargo volumes, requiring a methodical and consistent approach. Working hours will be scheduled on specific days, following a fixed morning shift. Remuneration is calculated on an hourly gross basis. This is a temporary position designed to cover a specific operational need during defined dates. Work will be carried out under the supervision of the warehouse manager and in full compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety measures for the sector. Applicants must possess good physical condition and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks continuously. A positive attitude, responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are required. Prior experience in similar warehouse or logistics tasks will be valued, though it is not an exclusive requirement. Availability for the specified schedule and commitment to safety regulations are essential.
