The Industrial Quality Technician position focuses on carrying out essential activities to ensure excellence in manufacturing processes. These activities include conducting systematic inspections in accordance with the established Control Plan, covering the entire production line. In addition, various tests, technical and analytical assays assigned during different stages of the production process are performed, ensuring that each phase complies with predefined parameters. Continuous verification of compliance with quality standards—both for the final product and for raw materials used—is another key responsibility, involving meticulous and comparative analysis against technical specifications. Another essential aspect of the role is the documentary recording of any incidents or non-conformities detected, accompanied by proposals for corrective and preventive actions to resolve deviations and prevent their recurrence. This documentation process is vital for maintaining traceability and continuous improvement of the quality management system. Finally, the professional must ensure strict compliance with all current regulations regarding safety, hygiene, and quality within the plant environment, adapting to internal protocols and applicable legislation. This position offers an indefinite contract from the first day of employment, providing long-term job stability. The working schedule is family-friendly, organized into morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, excluding weekend work. The professional will join a professional and well-established team, operating within an industrial sector characterized by high stability and consistent growth trends. These conditions are designed to foster a structured work environment with prospects for professional development. A Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) or a University Degree in fields such as Chemistry, Laboratory Science, Industrial Quality, or Food Science and Technology is required. Prior experience performing specific quality control functions in an industrial plant environment is mandatory, with significant preference given to experience from the food industry sector. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high technical rigor, strong analytical ability, teamwork skills, and dynamism to operate efficiently in an active industrial environment. It is necessary to reside in Dos Hermanas or in the province of Seville to facilitate integration and regular attendance at the workplace.
