With a solid track record and a commitment to quality and customer service, we are seeking to expand our sales team with a dynamic professional who has experience. **Job Mission** As a Sales Representative for the Seville branch, your main mission will be prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers within the assigned area, managing the complete sales cycle of our machinery rental services. **Main Responsibilities** · **Prospecting and Acquisition:** Proactively identify and contact potential customers (construction companies, service providers, self-employed individuals, industry). · **Portfolio Management:** Maintain and grow the existing customer database, ensuring customer retention through excellent service. · **Technical Advisory:** Advise customers on the most suitable machinery for their projects, demonstrating product knowledge (elevating platforms, excavators, dumpers, etc.). · **Negotiation and Closing:** Prepare quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and close rental contracts. · **Market Monitoring:** Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities in the sector. · **Reporting:** Record sales activities in the company's CRM system and report to the sales management. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the machinery rental, construction, industrial hardware, or similar sectors (B2B sales). * **Education:** Commercial, marketing, or technical education (Vocational Training/Degree) is desirable. * **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
