Position Summary: Control and management of process hygiene, including microbiological analysis and cleaning monitoring, to ensure food quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of process hygiene and food safety. 2. Control and execution of microbiological and hygienic analytical techniques. 3. Management of GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) in meat processing plants and flour mills. **Mission** ---------- Control and management of process hygiene **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Control and execution of analytical techniques related to pathogen and hygiene indicator control at the microbiological level. * Control and execution of various monitoring techniques to assess cleaning effectiveness (e.g., microbiological testing, ATP measurements…). * Management and control of hygienic aspects in the plant: cleaning procedures, personnel handling, rooms, etc. * Management and control of cleaning and disinfection validation tests. * Management and control of all GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), both in the meat processing plant and in the flour and fat processing plant. **Experience** --------------- Previous experience in quality, food safety, R\+D\+i, and/or technical departments **Education** ------------- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science**Languages** ----------- English proficiency is desirable **Computer Skills** --------------- * Proficiency in office software * SAP knowledge is desirable **Competencies** ---------------- Corporate Mindset Commitment Excellence Ability to learn and adapt quickly Humility Innovation and Continuous Improvement Integrity Analytical Thinking Teamwork**Knowledge Areas** ----------------- Food Quality and Safety Process Quality Control Quality Improvement Quality Regulations Food Safety
