Opportunities for continuous training and professional development At **Fritz\&Muller**, we are looking for a **Systems Administrator**, reporting to the IT Manager, to join the **IT department** of a retail-sector company as part of a **team expansion**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems in server environments. * Configuration, monitoring, and optimization of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN), VPN connections, firewalls, and corporate Wi\-Fi networks. * User account control and administration, permission assignment, and implementation of security policies. * Technical support and assistance to end users, including incident diagnosis and resolution. * Implementation and monitoring of backup solutions, cybersecurity measures, and system update processes. * Identity, permission, and service administration on cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher Technician Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 2–3 years of prior experience in similar roles. * Solid foundation in computer systems, networking, and security. * Valuable experience in: * + Configuration and management of wireless networks, routers, and access points; experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti solutions is especially desirable. + Administration and management of VMware-based virtualization environments. + Management of Microsoft systems and services, including Microsoft 365\. + Administration and maintenance of collaborative environments in SharePoint. + Knowledge of SQL Server database administration and management. + Preparation, installation, and commissioning of computer equipment (laptops and desktops), as well as mobile devices. * **Intermediate/Advanced English: ability to hold conversations is required**. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Joining an established and growing company. * Stable contract with long-term prospects. * Positive work environment and team collaboration. * Participation in diverse technological projects using current technologies. * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development.
