**Description:** ---------------- **POSITION MISSION** Ensure the comprehensive well-being of residents, as well as establish interpersonal relationships with staff that promote communication, trust, and effective performance of their duties, to achieve the residential center's highest competitiveness. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Manage the center’s economic and budgetary affairs. Take responsibility for meeting budgets approved by Management Control. Conduct monthly reviews, analyze variances, and decide on measures to be implemented to ensure proper compliance. * Perform commercial visits to referral sources, fulfilling the number of visits specified in the commercial procedure. Monitor commercial indicators. * Handle calls and commercial visits from potential clients to the center when the Customer Service Officer or Social Worker is unavailable. * Prepare the center’s annual budget and submit it to the Management Control department for approval or adjustment. * Plan, budget, and send investment needs and budgets to Central Services for approval. * Communicate and supervise compliance with quality indicators by the technical and management team at the center. * Provide continuous motivation and support to the center’s technical and management team. * Supervise the delivery of comprehensive quality care and comfort for all users, being responsible for ensuring this is guaranteed 24 hours a day, every day of the year. * Provide personalized attention and resolve conflicts with residents and their families after initial intervention by the Social Worker. * Resolve conflicts among technical and management staff. * Approve the work schedule and staff shifts proposed by the Management Assistant and/or department heads. * Handle, manage, and respond to Administrative Inspections. * Respond to entries in the Complaints Book and written complaints received via e\-mail or postal mail. * Attend conciliation meetings and court hearings in response to employee claims. * Hold meetings with the Workers' Committee. Review and deliver relevant documentation to said committee. * Hold meetings with the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Review and deliver relevant documentation to said committee. * Review and approve annual schedules presented by the technical team outlining activities to be carried out at the center. * Promote family participation of residents (encourage technical conferences, snacks, etc.). * Supervise that all official center documentation is up to date. * Analyze and define training needs for center staff together with area managers and the management team. Analyze and evaluate results of delivered training and communicate conclusions to the Training and Development Department of Central Services. * Monitor staff training compliance and assess training outcomes. * Annually assess user and family satisfaction levels. Hold meetings with the technical and management team to analyze progress and define action plans for improvement. Conduct annual assessment of staff satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions. * Review customer debts and supervise collection procedures carried out by the Social Worker and/or Customer Service Manager. **WE OFFER** * Full-time * Contract type: indefinite * Incorporation according to candidate's availability * Job continuity and professional development within the Company. * Continuous training, social benefits, and Career Development Plan **Requirements:** --------------- * University Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or similar. * Training in Residential Center Management. * Additional training in dependency, disability, geriatrics, gerontology, or other related fields will be valued. * Complementary training in HR, Marketing, Finance is desirable. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles in Hospital, Socio\-Healthcare, or Residential sectors. * Experience in coordination/management of Residential Centers, Hospital, Socio\-Healthcare, or Residential sectors. * Relevant training courses in the field will be positively valued, as well as additional training regarding equality promotion.
