Our Store Managers are true entrepreneurs who treat the store as their own, serve as role models for their teams, guide them, train them, and involve them in shared objectives. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing your team members by planning and organizing all store personnel—with operational support from the Assistant Store Manager. Participating in proposals to improve in-store assortment and placing orders. Establishing efficient processes (e.g., optimal merchandise placement, cash register control, product preparation…). Collaborating closely with your Regional Manager in decisions affecting both store sales and your team’s performance. Being a role model, pursuing your own development, training your team, and involving them in company objectives. During peak work periods, working side-by-side with your team and supporting tasks such as restocking, cashier duties, baking, etc. **Requirements** * Completed vocational training (FP) or high school diploma / associate degree.
