We are seeking a proactive, organized individual with attention to detail to join our Human Resources team as an Administrative Payroll and Personnel Management Technician. Main Responsibilities 1\\. Social Security and SEPE Management * Processing registrations, terminations, changes, and sick leave reports with Social Security. * Reporting contracts, extensions, and certificates to SEPE. * Reviewing and managing medical leaves in Factorial. 2\\. Workplace Accidents * Supervising medical slips and reporting accidents through the Delt@ platform. * Managing medical reports with Social Security and A3innuva. * Coordinating with external prevention services. 3\\. Payroll and Personnel Administration * Updating employment data in internal platforms (Factorial, Innuva or others). * Collecting personnel incidents (hours, absences, vacations, variable data...). * Supporting payroll and severance payment preparations. 4\\. Document Management * Organized filing of employment and contractual documentation. * Assisting in internal and external audits. 5\\. Employee Support * Managing work calendars (national and international). * Resolving basic inquiries regarding payroll, SEPE, Social Security, and HR platforms. * Providing basic technical support for Factorial usage. 6\\. General Support and Continuous Improvement * Collaborating in updating departmental procedures. * Participating in other assigned administrative tasks. Education and Experience Required **Minimum Education:** * Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Law, or similar. **We value positively:** * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and occupational health and safety. * Prior experience handling procedures with Social Security, SEPE, or HR departments. * Familiarity with tools such as A3Innuva, Factorial, or similar. * Intermediate level of Excel (essential).
