At Dia, we are looking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** for the **northern area of the provinces of A Coruña and Lugo.** The selected candidate will join the **Real Estate** team and assume responsibility for supervising and ensuring the maintenance, as well as the execution of construction works, across our network of stores. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising the condition of stores within your assigned area and monitoring work carried out by contractors. * Tracking incidents reported by stores, ensuring timely and proper resolution. * Monitoring contractor performance and supervising completed work. * Executing special maintenance renovation projects. * Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption. * Controlling expenses and investments; supervising and approving contractor invoices. * Keeping technical and accounting inventories up to date. * Ensuring compliance with mandatory periodic inspections of installations across assigned stores. **Requirements:** * Vocational training in refrigeration, installations, or construction. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role. * Intermediate level of Google Workspace proficiency. * Prior experience with maintenance management software and construction control tools will be considered a plus. * Geographic availability and/or frequent travel within the Delegation. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent full-time contract. * Opportunity to join one of Spain’s companies with the Best Corporate Reputation according to the Merco Companies Ranking 2025\. * Discount on your Dia purchases. * Access to our training platform. * A positive work environment.
