Less bureaucracy, more innovation. * Real impact: We work with reference clients, transforming them through disruptive use cases (from RAGs to autonomous agents). **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Lead the definition of AI strategies aligned with our clients’ business objectives. * Identify opportunities for implementing AI solutions that deliver tangible value. * Design roadmaps for AI adoption and scaling across client organizations. * Stay up to date on trends, technologies, and business-oriented AI use cases. * Ensure the quality and impact of delivered strategic recommendations. * Collaborate with internal experts and technology partners to ensure project success. **What We Expect From You: Knowledge and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Data Science, or similar. * Minimum of 3\-4 years of experience in business strategy, product development, or related roles. * Experience in market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking. * A Master’s degree or AI bootcamps are highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
