We are looking for an engineering professional based in Brenes, Sevilla, with strong interest in optimization and efficiency, to join our team. The role involves data analysis and application of methodologies that increase productivity and quality. Responsibilities include participation in Lean Manufacturing projects and other continuous improvement initiatives. You will analyze key data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. You will also support documentation creation, report preparation, and coordination with other departments to ensure implementation of improvement plans. This position enables continuous learning and professional development in a rapidly evolving sector, providing hands-on experience in an industrial setting. A university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) is required. Prior experience in industrial environments and familiarity with methodologies such as Lean are preferred. Proficiency in office software—especially Excel and PowerPoint—is essential for data analysis and presentation.
