




#### **Job Responsibilities** * Management, communication, and follow-up of incidents at industrial facilities under Finlight's Asset Management service * Communication with clients for continuous assessment of satisfaction with the Asset Management service and resolution of incidents * Coordination of support teams to ensure rapid response and incident resolution * Identification of issues and improvement opportunities. * Technical analysis of self-consumption plant performance * Performance analysis of assets * Creation of documentation and reporting. * Active participation in developing new analytical capabilities for Finlight's SCADA system #### **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing industrial self-consumption solar installations * Degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or telecommunications. * Advanced English (minimum C1), essential for communication with international teams and supervision of plants in the UK. * Solid knowledge of electrical systems associated with photovoltaic plants, both rooftop and ground-mounted, and ability to conduct field tests and inspections. * Thorough understanding of self-consumption regulations and experience in installation legalization processes. * Experience commissioning solar inverters and related equipment for this type of plant. #### **Desirable Requirements** * Strong communication and client management skills * Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C\+\+, and JavaScript, and PVSYST * Familiarity with the UK market will be valued #### **What We Offer** * You will join a global team, managing assets and supervising plants in the UK from Spain. * You will have growth opportunities in a dynamic and expanding environment, with continuous training and stimulating challenges. * Hybrid/remote work options to balance personal and professional life. * Positive work environment: You'll thrive in our collaborative, approachable, and mutually supportive culture. #### **Who We Are** Finlight is a financing platform for the photovoltaic self-consumption sector founded in 2022.
