DESCRIPTION A well-established industrial group with a long-standing track record and a leading market position is seeking to hire a **COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN** specialized in **MACHINING TOOLS** and accessories for **MACHINING**, to develop sales in Galicia, Asturias, and Portugal. We are looking for a candidate with a technical-commercial profile, oriented toward business development and advisory support for industrial customers, who wishes to join a stable project offering genuine opportunities for professional growth. **OFFERED**: * Integration into a solid company with extensive presence in the industrial sector. * A STABLE project with clear professional progression. * **Fixed annual gross remuneration** between **€40,000 and €45,000**, depending on experience. * Annual variable compensation of up to **20%**, linked to achievement of objectives. * Company vehicle. * Travel allowance (ViaT) and resources for professional travel. * Laptop computer. * Company mobile phone. * All representation and travel expenses covered by the company. * Continuous technical training provided by leading sector manufacturers. * Excellent working environment and support from an established commercial team. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Commercial development of the **MACHINING TOOLS** and **ACCESSORIES** division. * Acquisition of new **CUSTOMERS** and management of the existing **CLIENT PORTFOLIO**. * Technical **ADVISORY** on **MACHINING SOLUTIONS**, process **OPTIMIZATION**, and tool selection. * Preparation and follow-up of commercial **QUOTATIONS**. * Identification of new **BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES** across various **INDUSTRIAL SECTORS**. * Coordination with **MANUFACTURERS** and the technical department for project development. * Technical and commercial support to a team of two sales representatives located in the **NORTH** region and **PORTUGAL**, including joint **VISITS**, training, and development of **COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES**. * Periodic reporting on commercial activity and achievement of defined **OBJECTIVES**. REQUIREMENTS * Technical education (**ENGINEERING**, Industrial Vocational Training or equivalent), with preference given to specializations related to **MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING** or **MACHINING**. * Commercial experience in the industrial sector. * Particularly valued experience in: * **CUTTING TOOLS**. * **TOOL HOLDERS**. * **CLAMPING SYSTEMS**. * Accessories for machining centers. * Industrial metrology. * Ability to interpret machining processes and propose technical solutions. * Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented individual. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness and ability to travel within Galicia, Asturias, and Portugal. * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.
