Description
We are seeking two shift supervisors to coordinate the walnut calibration, packaging, and pallet loading area during the campaign in Palma del Río. Key responsibilities include organizing and supervising daily team tasks, coordinating approximately ten people. You will also oversee the calibration, packaging, and pallet preparation processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will handle operational incidents, provide support as needed, and perform basic production tracking using computer tools.
Prior experience coordinating teams in production environments, warehouses, or the agri-food industry is required. Leadership ability, organizational skills, problem-solving capability, and basic proficiency with computer tools are essential. Experience in agricultural campaigns or the food industry is an advantage. Availability to work rotating shifts, adapting to production needs, is required.
The position offers a full-time temporary contract for the duration of the campaign. It is a responsible role with autonomy, requiring work from Monday to Sunday across three- or four-day weeks, scheduled collaboratively between the two supervisors.
