




Job Summary: We are looking for a cook to develop menus according to nutritional guidelines, ensure proper cooking execution, and supervise the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of food safety protocols We are seeking a cook to work in the kitchen of a residential facility in Barcelona. Immediate start. **Cook's Schedule:** \- Monday to Friday: 15:00–21:00 (30 hours/week) **Cook's Responsibilities:** * Development of school menus according to nutritional guidelines and the educational center’s preferences. * Ensuring proper execution of cooking and meal preparation processes. * Team supervision and task assignment. * Implementation of the HACCP Plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety protocols. * Conducting controls and maintaining records to guarantee food quality and safety. * Participation in food ordering planning and logistical coordination. **Requirements:** \- Preferred: Intermediate qualification in catering services, vocational training programs in the Hospitality and Tourism professional family, or similar. * Good command of Catalan and Spanish * Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and in collective catering kitchens Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: On-site employment
