Process Optimization Lead At **KRUK España**, we are looking to hire a **Process Optimization Lead** for our Transformation Department. A person with an analytical mindset, a continuous improvement orientation, and the ability to bridge business and technology will be the *ideal fit* to drive initiatives that optimize efficiency and **deliver value** to the organization. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, participating in transformation projects that will have a direct impact on our processes, tools, and ways of working. **What will be your mission?** Contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of solutions and processes addressing business needs, ensuring their proper adoption, operational efficiency, and value generation for the company. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Analyze, **map, and redesign business processes** to identify optimization and improvement opportunities. * Translate business needs into **user stories** and **acceptance criteria**. * Model and **document processes** using standard methodologies and notations (**BPMN** or similar). * **Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams** to ensure developed solutions align with business objectives and priorities. * Coordinate and participate in **functional testing** and user acceptance testing (**UAT**) prior to production deployment. * **Define and monitor KPIs** to measure the efficiency, impact, and evolution of implemented improvements. * **Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization**, providing analysis of value, impact, and effort. * **Drive the adoption of new tools** and processes through communication, training, and change management activities. **What are we looking for?** **Education and experience** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplines. * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to process transformation, functional analysis, product management, or continuous improvement. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in digital and technological environments. * Minimum English proficiency level B2\. **Technical knowledge** * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Functional requirements management and documentation. * Definition of user stories and acceptance criteria. * Process modeling and documentation (BPMN or similar). * Definition and tracking of business metrics and indicators. * Project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. **What competencies will make the difference?** * Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Effective communication. * Strategic vision and business orientation. * Internal customer orientation. * Change management and adaptability to dynamic environments. **What will you find at KRUK?** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model: up to 60% remote work per month. 100% remote during summer, Christmas, long weekends, and Easter week. * Flexible working hours (start time between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., end time from 4:30 p.m. onwards). * Intensive workday on Fridays. * 23 working days of vacation plus one extra day on your birthday. * Free private health insurance. * Monthly transportation allowance and remote work support.
