ABOUT THE ROLE As an **Executive Assistant**, you will provide key support to the Head of Marketing Department and the Head of Finance, as well as their direct teams, managing administrative and operational tasks that contribute to business development. This is a long-term temporary role. Your interactions will include internal teams such as area managers and members of the Executive Committee, as well as internal clients, external agencies, and suppliers. You will serve as a critical coordination point for departmental activities, information, and processes. Your responsibilities will span activity planning and organization, document management, report preparation, KPI tracking, and direct support to leadership. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL * Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. * Excellent communication skills and orientation toward internal/external customers. * Agility in problem-solving and independently managing incidents. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Advanced professional education and/or university degree. * Experience in a similar or administrative role, preferably providing direct support to executive leadership. * Proficient use of office software tools. * High-level English proficiency is mandatory.
