The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of IT equipment and services within the workplace environment, delivering user-focused, responsive, and hands-on technical support. You will work in a dynamic setting, performing support tasks, resolving incidents, and maintaining end-user workstation infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * On-site technical support for end users. * Resolution of hardware and software incidents in Windows environments. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals. * Escalation and tracking of incidents, ensuring clear communication with users. **Ideal Profile** We seek an autonomous, solution-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement—a person who enjoys learning, collaborating in teams, and delivering impactful solutions. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in microcomputer support and user assistance. * Knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft tools. * Experience installing and configuring computers and peripherals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience providing on-site support to clients. * Basic knowledge of networking and ticketing tools. **Conditions** * Work mode: On-site (Granada). * Working hours: + Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break). + Friday: 09:00–15:00. **Additional Information** * Opportunity to perform on-call duties with initial remote support (with associated fixed allowance). * Occasional after-hours on-site interventions may be required, depending on circumstances (compensated as overtime). **At ANCO, we believe talent deserves the best** Continuous training.
