The role involves gathering relevant information, structuring content clearly and didactically, and collaborating with subject-matter experts to guarantee material accuracy and up-to-dateness. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, write, and structure content for training manuals across various Prosegur areas, adapting language and format to different audiences and objectives. * Research and gather technical, operational, and procedural information required for manual development, working closely with business departments and subject-matter experts. * Periodically review and update existing manuals, incorporating the latest regulatory, technological, and procedural developments within the company. * Ensure consistency and quality of information presented in all training materials. * Collaborate in defining the training strategy, contributing ideas and proposals for continuous improvement of training programs. * Participate in content validation with relevant stakeholders. * \[Other specific functions related to training content management and knowledge transfer]. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in similar roles, preferably in developing technical manuals, procedure manuals, instructional materials, or training content. * **Education:** \[Specify Academic Qualification \- e.g., University degree in Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, Education, Engineering, or related field.
