We are looking for a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team building CONEK — our unified enterprise management platform that consolidates multiple services into one modern, scalable solution. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about modern web development who wants to grow in an environment where AI is an integral part of our daily workflow. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain features on our modular Rails-based platform * Build interactive user interfaces using Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus) and React * Implement real-time updates using Turbo Streams and Turbo Frames * Develop lightweight JavaScript components with Stimulus to enhance UX * Implement business logic following established patterns and best practices * Collaborate with the team using AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality * Design and optimize PostgreSQL database queries * Write tests to ensure code quality and robustness * Participate in code reviews and contribute to team growth * Work with permission and authorization systems * Stay current with trends in the Rails, Hotwire, and React ecosystems **What We’re Looking For:** **Desirable:** * Professional experience with Ruby on Rails (or strong motivation to specialize) * Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks * Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Experience with Git and collaborative workflows * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn * Strong communication and teamwork skills **Valuable:** * Experience with Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus) * Experience with React * Knowledge of ViewComponents and modern Rails architectures * Familiarity with ActionCable and WebSockets * Understanding of software architecture patterns * Familiarity with authorization systems and multi-tenancy * Experience with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) * Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD * Experience with TypeScript * Testing (TDD/BDD) **Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth and career development. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. * On-site swimming pool and ping-pong table. * Intensive working schedule in August: during this month, work hours are from 8:00 to 15:00. * Flexible schedule with option to finish early on Fridays. **About Us:** Our story began in 1984, when A-SAFE set out to solve real-world workplace safety challenges with better, innovative products.
