We are looking for a Cook for our hotel located in Estepona What will you be responsible for? * Arranging and organizing materials. * Menu control: portioning, mise en place, cleaning of various kitchen equipment and work areas. * Checking and noting required items for the next service. * Cleaning, organizing, and inspecting used work areas. * Waste separation and recycling where applicable. * Compliance with environmental policy. What are we looking for? * 1\-2 years of experience, preferably in 4- and 5\*-star hotels. * Hospitality training is desirable. * Intermediate level of English.
