**Job Description** We are seeking a **Bus Driver** to fill a new position within the organization, focused on managing and optimizing a **12-meter, 57-seat bus**. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality transportation services, combining standard driving duties with new operational tasks designed to increase vehicle utilization and enhance service flexibility. This is a developmental position, offering a **possibility of consolidation into a permanent role** following an initial 6-month evaluation period, during which the role’s progress, requirements, and operational performance will be assessed. **Main Functions and Responsibilities**. * Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition, ensuring its cleanliness, preservation, and scheduled maintenance. * Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any incidents or maintenance needs. * Carry out patient transfers, excursions, and other scheduled services. * Accompany patients during transit, providing close, professional, and needs-adapted assistance. * Inform and advise patients on matters related to the transportation service. * During periods without scheduled routes or excursions, support other bus-related operational tasks to maximize service utilization. * Participate in new transportation activities or services aimed at increasing the role’s pace and utility. **Position Organization** * Working hours to be determined, aiming for efficient scheduling and a continuous workday. * A dynamic and versatile position, with functions adapted to daily needs. * The goal is to develop a driver profile that combines driving, patient care, and operational support. **Minimum Education and Experience** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a bus driver**. * Valid driving license **D\* and CAP\*. **Desirable Education and Experience** * More than 2 years’ experience as a bus driver and/or chauffeur. * Basic mechanical training or knowledge. * Language skills: English, German, or French.
