The daily routine will involve handling basic repairs and ensuring that all common facilities remain in perfect working order and well maintained. The contract is permanent and full-time. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00, allowing free afternoons. The salary for this position is €1.500 per month.
