





At our **sports center**, we are opening a position for an administrative professional with outstanding public-facing skills. We are seeking a dynamic, organized individual with strong communication skills to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service to our users and managing various day-to-day administrative tasks. **Main responsibilities** * In-person and telephone customer service. * Management of **schedules**, appointments, and reservations. * **Collections and billing**: operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems, invoice issuance, and basic cash register control. * Management of registrations, vouchers, and renewals. * Resolution of inquiries, customer support, and guidance throughout the user’s journey at the center. * Support in general administrative tasks: filing, document management, etc. * Coordination with management and with the center’s various departments. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **administration** and/or **customer service**. * Proficiency in computer tools and management software. * Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of multitasking. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. * Experience in sports centers, clinics, gyms, or similar environments is desirable. **We offer** * Opportunity to join a center undergoing expansion and modernization. * A positive work environment with strong team support. * Internal training on center processes and systems (including the new management software). * Job stability and growth opportunities.
