This is an exciting opportunity for a recent business school graduate or a candidate with up to two years of relevant professional experience (pre\-/post\-MBA, consulting, or a reputable trainee program) to apply strategic skills in a dynamic, global environment. The Junior Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Global Head of Corporate Strategy and M\&A and other colleagues on a range of activities such as presentations, governance, project and process management activities. Responsabilities: * Assist in preparing high\-quality presentations and reports for senior management, management and board meetings, and other strategic forums. * Support the organization, coordination, and documentation of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow\-up actions. * Conduct research and basic strategic analysis on markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform decision\-making. * Gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support strategic initiatives, M\&A projects, and business reviews. * Help manage and improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficient operations. * Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to collect information and align on project objectives. * Support ad hoc projects and tasks. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; * Master’s degree or pre\-MBA experience a plus. * Up to 2 years of work experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a reputable trainee program preferred. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages a plus. * Able to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentation in English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. * Some experience in data analytics a plus * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, global environment. * Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * High level of professionalism and discretion.
