We are seeking a Site Manager with a background in **electrical engineering (industrial engineering specialization)** to join a company specializing in **new-build electrical installations** (LV and MV) within the construction sector. This is a stable project with direct responsibility for sites and teams across the province of Málaga. **Key Competencies / Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree with electrical specialization or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience with an **electrical contracting firm** serving the construction sector. * Solid knowledge of **electrical regulations**, materials, suppliers, and industry brands. * Experience in project management, tender document analysis, quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control. * Advanced proficiency in **MS Office**, **AutoCAD**, SitelecTelematel Go!Manage, PRESTO, and TCQ/BIM. * Leadership, planning, organizational, and team management capabilities. * Negotiation skills, goal orientation, and teamwork ability. * Residence in Málaga or surrounding areas (within a 50 km radius). **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive (planning and execution) management of assigned projects at the Málaga office. * Preparation of **tenders** for new-build projects in the tertiary, industrial, and residential sectors: budgets, estimates, cost control, and deviation analysis. * Coordination with project departments for resource, material, and personnel planning—both in-house and subcontracted. * Technical and economic review of projects (PRESTO or similar), tender document analysis, drawings, and quantity surveying (AutoCAD). * Legalization of installations: processing with the Industry Authority, payment of fees, and signing of inspection certificates. * Technical-economic optimization of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and projected profitability. **What We Offer** * **Permanent contract.** * **Salary:** approximately **€30,000–€40,000 gross per year**, depending on experience and profile; never below the collective agreement salary for engineering professionals in the construction sector. * Company mobile phone, laptop, and vehicle. * Flexible working hours and occasional remote work opportunities. * Private health insurance after six months of employment. * A stable position within a growing company offering a professional development plan. **Do you match this profile and feel motivated by a new professional challenge?
