Overview: This is the most important role in launching and scaling a new fitness brand: Be Unbound. The role blends personal assistant responsibilities with creative and operational management, acting as the central hub for building, managing, and scaling the brand team. Key Responsibilities: \- Manage Tommy’s calendar, training schedule, and content filming days. \- Act as project manager across all brand activities. \- Source, hire, and manage freelancers (video editors, social media managers, strategists). \- Oversee content calendar and ensure consistency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. \- Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and opportunities. \- Support in brand partnership outreach once audience traction is achieved. Must\-Have Experience: \- Proven track record in building and managing teams around content creators or similar projects. \- Experience with social media workflows and digital content systems. \- Strong organisational and project management skills. \- Excited by fitness, lifestyle, and content creation. \- Comfortable working in a hybrid PA/Creative role with both admin and creative responsibilities.
