Production Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking a responsible, organized, and results-oriented **Production Supervisor** to lead production teams and ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations in the production area. * Coordinate and lead the production team to achieve productivity and quality objectives. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Monitor production performance and prepare performance reports. * Identify operational issues and propose effective solutions. * Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to optimize processes. * Participate in shift planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling. * Support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes and efficiency. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or team management. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and industrial safety. * Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams. * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Intermediate level of English is preferred. * Familiarity with ERP systems or production control systems is a plus.
