We are seeking a Warehouse Operator: Responsibilities: \- Receiving and storing goods: Perform incoming goods inspection, verification, and accurate placement of products on shelves with extreme attention to detail, ensuring inventory accuracy. \- Order preparation (Picking/Packing): Assemble kits and prepare materials for production. Carry out order picking with maximum concentration to guarantee that item references and quantities precisely match the manufacturing order. \- Inventory management: Collaborate in conducting cyclic and general inventories, applying a meticulous and rigorous approach to identify and resolve discrepancies. \- Loading and unloading: Actively participate in loading and unloading tasks, demonstrating diligence and strong work ethics. \- Process optimization: Demonstrate a bold attitude toward proposing improvements to warehouse organization and workflow processes, aiming for efficiency and continuous improvement. \- Exit control and associated documentation (delivery notes, labels, etc.). \- Maintaining order and adherence to quality procedures. Requirements: \- Education and knowledge: Preferably secondary education or vocational training (FP) in logistics, electronics, industry, or related fields. Basic knowledge of electronic components (resistors, ICs, connectors, PCBs) is desirable but not mandatory. \- Desirable: Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or others). \- Desirable prior experience in the electronics, automotive, medical, or aerospace industries. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kanban, Kaizen). Familiarity with automated storage systems (Kardex, vertical lifts). Proficiency in standard office software and operating systems: Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. \- Meticulousness and attention to detail: Proven ability to work error-free, focusing on small details that significantly impact service quality. \- Concentration and focus: Ability to maintain focus on repetitive or complex tasks over extended periods. \- Proactivity and boldness: A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, does not wait for tasks to be assigned, and confidently proposes solutions or independently tackles challenges. \- Hardworking and committed: High capacity for work, commitment to objectives, and sense of responsibility. \- Positive attitude: Optimistic and collaborative disposition contributing to a healthy working environment. \- Demonstrable prior experience as a warehouse operator (valued). \- Agility and ability to work under pressure, especially in Just-in-Time production lines.
