C\&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e\-commerce division, with the headquarters in **Düsseldorf (Germany)**, you will work in a distributed team from our office in **Málaga (Spain**) or from home. ##### **What you'll be doing** We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and actively contribute to the development of scalable systems. Beyond implementation, we value someone who can bring a technical vision and are especially interested in candidates who already have experience with AWS and are motivated to continue learning and growing their cloud expertise as part of our evolving DevOps journey.* Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability * Design and implement APIs that power high\-traffic product pages and support seamless frontend integration * Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end\-to\-end features * Contribute to architectural decisions in close alignment with the Tech Lead, exploring new backend technologies and cloud patterns * Continuously improve workflows and development practices through retrospectives and team feedback * Share knowledge and best practices with peers across teams, contributing to a strong engineering culture within our One C\&A Family ##### **What you'll bring** * Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS or Cloudflare * Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Bitbucket), and test automation * As part of our DevOps Strategy experience with Monitoring and Observability is a plus * Strong coding skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in React * Backend development experience with Node.js * Experience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs * Knowledge of databases, especially PostgreSQL; experience with search engines like Elasticsearch or Algolia is a plus * Comfortable with build tools, package managers and version control systems * A passion for writing clean, maintainable code and improving code quality * Fluent in English and experienced in working in international teams ##### **What we offer** * Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals. * ️ Working model: Remote * 23 holiday days. ✔️ DKV private health insurance from day 1\. * Gym Sponsorship. ✏️ English and German language classes. ✊ A young and ambitious team that knows when to work but also when to have fun (Pizza day, Summer event, Padel Tournaments, etc).
