SL ### **Description and Requirements** **DISTRIBUTION MANAGER / TECHNICIAN – PROJECT MANAGER (MÁLAGA)** If you are looking for a new professional challenge where you will contribute to transforming the energy sector, we are seeking a "**Distribution Manager / Technician – Project Manager**" to join our team in **Málaga.** **Who will you work with?** You will join the **Project Management** area, responsible for: Managing the execution of works included within the PMC scope (HV network works and substations), subject to the complexity or relevance restrictions described below—whether fully funded by EDE or partially or fully funded by customers. Within the investment plan, you will be directly responsible for executing the works, their financial regularization, and commissioning. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers requiring the development of electrical infrastructure—either for power evacuation or supply. You will manage requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—without restriction regarding complexity or relevance—from file receipt through to issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification, meeting all deadlines and required quality and safety standards. The type of works to be carried out and customer agreements to be managed will initially be of low to medium complexity. For high-complexity or specially relevant works and agreements, you may support the Project Manager assigned to them. **What will you be responsible for?** In general terms, you will coordinate and manage requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—from file receipt by the Planning Management unit through to authorization for issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification—meeting all deadlines and required quality and safety standards. You will perform the following tasks in accordance with corporate procedures and criteria: * Commissioning connection point studies for NNSS and generators to Area Network Development and Network Development * Collaborating in the analysis and discussion, where applicable, of connection point studies for NNSS and generators submitted by Area Network Development and ND * Commissioning cost estimates for works connecting NNSS and generators to the MV network, Area GTC * Commissioning cost estimates for works connecting NNSS and generators to the HV network, to Detailed Design * Collaborating in the analysis and discussion, where applicable, of cost estimates for connecting NNSS and generators to the distribution network submitted by Detailed Design and Area GTV * Preparing necessary documentation for issuing technical\-economic conditions for NNSS and Generators, processing authorization for issuance, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Preparing necessary documentation for issuing technical\-economic conditions for NNSS and Generators, issuing them, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Within established procedural parameters, authorizing issuance of Technical\-Economic Conditions (CTEs) and Connection Points * Advising and supporting Managers in negotiations with customers * Validating documentation generated by contractors, required for issuing technical\-economic conditions for NNSS and Generators, processing authorization for issuance, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Analyzing complaints related to requests handled by Project Management & Construction, public administrations, or applicants themselves; coordinating with various EDE departments to gather relevant information * Analyzing complaint-related documentation and managing response drafts in coordination with various EDE departments * Preparing necessary documentation for responding to complaints, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Analyzing urban planning documentation received from public administrations, NNSS applicants, or generated internally or by other EDE departments in response to official publications; coordinating with various EDE departments to gather relevant information * Preparing necessary documentation for responding to urban planning documentation, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Preparing reports related to your own activities * Supporting compliance with current Health, Safety and Environmental regulations within the Project Management & Construction unit * Planning works and ensuring that all necessary documentation is available prior to launching works—both for installation contractors and equipment manufacturers.
