




**Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly, anticipate their basic needs, and assist in service delivery. * Assist in the preparation, setup, and cleaning of tables, ensuring an orderly and appropriate environment for each shift. * Collaborate with waitstaff in taking and delivering orders, as well as serving food and beverages, following established protocols. * Contribute to wine and beverage service, adhering to responsible consumption guidelines. * Maintain clear and effective communication with the team, reporting any incidents, maintenance needs, or unsafe conditions. * Actively listen to customers, relay their feedback, and help resolve issues through established procedures. * Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring quality and presentation at all times. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and service standards applicable in the establishment. * Perform other related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth service operations. **Requirements:** * Dynamic, innovative, and solution-oriented. * Teamwork and customer service orientation. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Ability to multitask, plan, and organize effectively. * Culinary knowledge and service protocol expertise. * Familiarity with products, brands, and market competition. * Proficiency in hotel management computer systems. * Fluency in Spanish and English, minimum level (B2). * English language proficiency at minimum B1+/B2 level. * Minimum one year of professional experience in a similar role. * Availability to adapt working hours according to hotel and customer needs. * Class B driver's license. * Food handler certification.
