Description

Forum by Prométour is seeking an account coordinator. The Account Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, sale and confirmation of trips from existing clients in the US and reports directly to the Sales Manager. **THE COMPANY** Forum by Prométour empowers high school teachers in the USA to show their students the world through language immersions, school group exchanges, and cultural tour programs. With 30 years of experience in student travel under the Prometour brand, our team represents a diverse mix of languages and cultures. **JOB DESCRIPTION** · Oversee existing business accounts assigned · Maintain and regularly update contact details for all accounts · Solicit existing clients to maintain relationships and potentially expand business at the same institution in person, by telephone, email, and video conferencing · Handle and efficiently respond to all inquiries received · Prepare formal quotations that meet client requirements (content and budget) · Set payment schedules, deposit deadlines in accordance with the client · Direct follow\-up on quotations sent to verify acceptance · Host parent meetings to promote trips as necessary by video conference · Submit group flight requests · Hold meetings prior to departure with client to revise trip details · Contact groups whilst travelling · Send evaluation form upon return · Participate in marketing campaigns **REQUIREMENTS** · Residence in Malaga · A genuine passion for travel · Geographical knowledge of Western Europe and North America is an asset · Fluent English, proficiency in Spanish and French is a **distinct advantage** · Proven experience in customer service and sales · Strong communication and presentation skills · Ability to work with all levels of employees and customers in a diplomatic and professional manner · Proficient computer skills · Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills · Willingness to learn · BA university degree **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES** · Perseverance · Self\-motivation · Negotiation/Influencing skills · Listening skills · Ability to handle stress · Sound judgment **SCHEDULE** Mon\-Thur: 13\.00\-22\.00 / Fri: 11\.00\-20\.00 **REUNMERATION** Fixed salary \+ commission plan Please submit your **CV** and a **cover letter** in English.
