Daily duties include providing in-person assistance to members and patients, managing incoming phone calls, and entering all necessary information into the company's computer system. Additionally, the role includes document filing, face-to-face public service, and other administrative tasks essential for the center’s smooth operation. An organized individual with strong interpersonal skills is required. This position is offered under a full-time contract, with 40 working hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * We seek a person with strong communication skills, who is solution-oriented and proactive. * Residence near the workplace is desirable.
